Booking Method
To make your reservation effective, you must pay 50% of the total amount of your reservation within 1 hour of confirmation and acceptance of the reservation, and the rest must be paid one day before arrival.
Other Services Maid/Bedding Laundry
These expenses are charged separately from the general nightly rate and will be for a one-time amount of €50 for an immaculate house cleaning and €20 for fresh bedding laundry.
For stays of more than 30 nights, this service is included courtesy of La Casa de John Wine.
House Deposit
The amount of 200€ will be paid together with the rest of the total reservation under special offers and it will be refunded at check-out after inspecting no damage is found.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 30 days before arrival, 100% of the amount owed will be refunded, up to 15 days before 50%. After that date the amount will not be refunded.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the accommodation.
It is not allowed to have parties or any kind of parties.
No noise is allowed between 00:00 and 09:00.
It is not allowed to leave your dog alone unsupervised in the accommodation or to climb on the beds, sofa... etc.
Guest mut be 30 years old in order to check in.
We must comply with the obligation to keep a traveler registry, so we need our guests to identify themselves to check-in with ID/passport for all guests over 16 years old. As well as signing the registration document that we will send you via WhatsApp.
