Is the electronic key complicated to use, and when do you send it?
Not at all, you just have to download the app and follow the instructions, it is a very easy app, and its use is just a few steps. The key and all the information are sent via WhatsApp on the day of arrival.
Does the accommodation have sheets and towels?
Yes, all beds have sheets and duvet in winter, blankets and bedspreads. For each guest we leave a shower towel and a sink towel.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, of course, pets are allowed.
Do I need to notify you of my arrival time?
Yes, despite the fact that the arrival is autonomous, it is essential to inform us.
Does La Casa have WIFI?
Yes, we will send you the password on the day of check-in.
Is there firewood for the fireplace?
Yes, in the accommodation we have packs consisting of 1 sack of firewood of 10kg + ecological fireplace tablets for only €13 (you can pay by Bizum or in cash).
Is there a bar at La Casa?
No, but we have a small winery with different vintages/varieties of spirits for only €5 (you can pay by Bizum or in cash).

My grandmother has a hard time climbing stairs, is there any chance she will sleep downstairs?
We are working to reduce architectural barriers and make it accessible accommodation for people with reduced mobility. So, the only thing we can offer them is to accommodate a bed in the living-dining room, with the corresponding loss of privacy. Sorry.
